Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ECKKO collects and how it is used. The ECKKO Location mobile app and the ECKKO website (eckko.xyz) are covered here. ECKKO does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The app does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or Apple account information. Your high score, gameplay settings, and sound levels are stored on your device.

To submit a score, the app creates a random ECKKO player ID and sends that ID, your chosen ECKKO display name, score, and gameplay metrics to the ECKKO platform. The app also reads public ranking data so you can see how players rank. The player ID is not a crypto wallet and cannot access funds.

Account data. The ECKKO platform uses a self-custody wallet address (for example, a 0x… address) as your account identifier when you choose to connect one on the website. No name, email, or phone number is required.

Gameplay data. When you finish a game on the website with a wallet connected, your score and gameplay statistics are recorded so they appear on leaderboards.

Device-local data. The mobile app keeps its local high score and settings in the device's app container. Submitted scores and gameplay metrics are also sent to the ECKKO platform as described above.

ECKKO does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The ECKKO Location mobile app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. No information is shared for cross-app tracking.

The mobile app sends player identity and score data to the ECKKO platform at eckko.xyz and reads public rankings from it. When you submit your first score and whenever you set a new high score, ECKKO may post your chosen display name, game, and score to its public Telegram group. These community announcements happen whether or not you link a Telegram account.

If you choose Telegram linking, a one-time code opens the official ECKKO Companion in a private chat. ECKKO retains your Telegram account ID for player recovery. Apart from the public announcements above, the link does not send Telegram your wallet, device key, email, Apple account information, or full score history. No data is shared for advertising.

Device data remains until you delete the app. To permanently delete an ECKKO player, open Player and choose Delete My ECKKO Player. That removes the player identity, submitted scores, achievements, access tokens, Telegram link, and pending device submissions. Historic public score announcements may remain in the Telegram group's message history.

• You can play ECKKO Location fully offline. Scores completed while offline are held on your device until a connection is available.
• Deleting the app removes locally stored data but does not remove scores already submitted to the platform or public Telegram announcements. Use Delete My ECKKO Player in the app to remove submitted player data; historic public Telegram announcements may remain.
• On the website, you can disconnect your wallet at any time.

ECKKO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
